   Located Jefferson County in Southeast Arkansas just off of Interstate 530, White Hall is a pleasant community of 6,000 residents and is a wonderful place to live, whether you are thinking of relocating your family, starting a business, or just wanting to retire. The city is a mix of people who have either lived in the community for a “lifetime,” or many who have relocated to White Hall to work at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, one of the many companies located at Jefferson County Industrial Park, or at one of the many other businesses or industries close by. People are attracted to White Hall because it is a peaceful community with a low crime rate, a good school system, and many local churches. White Hall is proud of its twelve full-time policemen, who are assisted by six part-time police. We have one of the finest 25 member volunteer fire departments which has earned a 5 rating, one of the lowest for a volunteer fire department in the State, which keeps house insurance down to a minimum. New shopping plazas and a multitude of dining facilities are located in this growing community, and several excellent residential subdivisions have been appearing throughout the community.
